Almighty Shine Exterior Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services, including roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter clearing, pressure washing, and softwash treatments, to residential and commercial customers across Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Quotes and Bookings

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change if site conditions, access, or the scope of work differs from the information provided.

A booking is only confirmed once a quote has been accepted and agreed by both parties.

Payment Terms

All prices are fixed. Payment is required in full upon completion of the work and upon receipt of the final invoice, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If payment is not received within 7 days, Almighty Shine Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to suspend cleaning services.

Deposit Policy

Where a deposit is required, the Customer will be required to pay a deposit of 20% or £50 (whichever is greater) to secure the booking date.

Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled. To avoid loss of deposit, a minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required.
Bookings may be rescheduled within a 4-week timeframe, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Window Cleaning

If you wish to cancel window cleaning services, at least 14 days’ notice must be provided in writing, by email, or by phone before the next scheduled clean. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled work.

All regular maintenance cleans require one clean’s notice prior to cancellation.

Almighty Shine Window Cleaning will send an automated SMS reminder the evening before the scheduled clean. This message cannot be replied to. Any cancellation received after this message has been sent will not be accepted.

Exterior Cleaning

For exterior cleaning services, a minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required prior to the agreed job start date. Jobs may be rescheduled within a 4-week period, subject to availability.

If this notice period is not met, a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted amount will be due immediately.

If our team arrives at the property and is unable to carry out the work due to lack of access or cancellation on arrival, the full quoted amount will be due.

Residential Clients

By using our services, you agree to pay the full quoted amount upon completion of the works.

All prices are fixed; however, if incorrect or incomplete information is provided, Almighty Shine Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to amend the quote accordingly.

If additional issues are discovered during the works that significantly increase labour time or materials required, a revised quotation will be provided for approval before proceeding.

Commercial Clients

Commercial clients agree to pay the full quoted amount upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For large-scale commercial projects requiring multiple stages, invoices will be issued upon completion of each stage. Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement.

If additional work or materials are required beyond the original quotation, a revised quote will be issued for approval.

Access to Property

The Customer agrees to provide access to the exterior of the property during the agreed job time.

If the Customer will not be present, arrangements must be made in advance to ensure access is available.

Where required, water will be sourced from the Customer’s supply. Water usage will vary depending on the type and scale of work undertaken.

Patio and Driveway Pressure Washing

All prices are subject to a free site inspection

Surfaces must be sound and suitable for pressure washing

Site clearance prior to works may incur additional charges

Access to a water supply is required

Block paving may require a return visit for re-sanding

Sealing services require a separate visit

Pressure washing cannot restore colour loss caused by age, UV exposure, or weathering. Some stains (including oil, paint, cement, chewing gum, and black spot lichen) may not be fully removable. Chemical treatments may be required, and total stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Pressure washing may loosen unsound surfaces, pointing, paving, or brickwork. Any reinstatement costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Patio repointing is charged at a fixed labour rate. If additional jointing compound is required, material costs will be added to the final invoice.

Window and Conservatory Cleaning

All windows must be closed on the day of cleaning. Open windows that cannot be closed will not be cleaned.

We reserve the right to apply a surcharge for exceptionally dirty windows.

Full access is required on the scheduled day. If partial access limits the service, a full charge may still apply.

For internal window cleaning, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure windows are accessible and surrounding areas are clear.

Windows cleaned with pure water for the first time may require multiple cleans to achieve optimal results due to residue from traditional methods.

Paint, varnish, cement, glue, and similar materials cannot be removed by pure water alone and may require specialist treatment at additional cost.

Fascia and soffit cleaning includes the visible gutter face and accessible areas behind the gutter.

Moss Removal and Roof Cleaning

Almighty Shine Exterior Cleaning is trained in the safe use of moss removal equipment and treatments.

The Customer acknowledges that existing defects such as cracked tiles, loose pointing, or fragile materials may be affected during cleaning. Tile colour changes and granule loss may occur due to age and weathering and cannot be guaranteed.

The Customer accepts responsibility for the condition of roofing materials and any damage resulting from their fragility.

While we aim to leave properties clean, some debris may remain due to the nature of the work.

Cancellations for roof cleaning or moss removal require 21 days’ notice to receive a refund. Bookings may be rescheduled within 4 weeks, subject to availability.

Late Payments

All payments are due in full upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Late payments may incur daily late payment fees. Payments overdue by 28 days may be passed to a legal representative, which may result in additional charges.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
